STR Violations:

Call the Shrift and Contact City Government before contacting Business Owner or Rental Agency. This provides the ability to record offenses, track and uncover serial offenders so they can be addressed.

Place “Homes not Hotels” signs in your front yard to let neighbors, investors and renters know these unstaffed hotels are not wanted in residential neighborhoods.  It's treated as a political sign and your 1st Amendment Right

Notify the Business Owner and Property Management Company after the other entities have been contacted. The STR is legally required to have their phone number and contact posted on the STR Rental Building.  They may have provided you their contact to stay off the records.
